The operating system for recruitment fairs.

Most international schools hire teachers all year, with recruitment fairs as the busiest weeks. Fumitsuu One is the one place organisers, schools, and candidates can actually see what's happening, instead of chasing each other through spreadsheets and email.

01How a fair day runs

The day moves in phases. The platform moves with it.

A fair day runs in four phases: arrivals at the door, sessions filling the rooms, stalls open across the fair floor, then back-to-back interviews at the booths. The platform tracks which phase you're in, and each person's screen changes with it.

04End to end

Months of setup. One day of show.

In the weeks before
What gets handled before the doors open.
  • Send the invite, get back everything you need to set the school up: who's coming, what they want from a stall, and the staff names that recruiter badges build from automatically.

  • Set ticket types, prices and capacity. Candidates fill in their profile while they register, so by fair day every ticket holder already has a profile schools can browse.

  • Each vacancy carries salary, subject, visa support, housing, contract length and start date. By the time the fair opens, candidates have already shortlisted the schools they want to meet.

When the doors open
What runs live on fair day.
  • A single tablet at the entrance handles every arrival. Each scan unlocks that person's live dashboard and ticks up the attendance count that organisers watch climb in real time.

  • Candidates rate sessions as they leave. Recruiters tap interest at stalls. Every interaction becomes a row schools can sort and shortlist from before interviews start.

  • From a candidate's profile, a recruiter picks a time and duration. The slot lands on the candidate's schedule with the booth number, and the outcome gets recorded against the vacancy as soon as it's done.

Coda

A good fair feels effortless.

That takes a serious system underneath.

Built so no one in the room has to think about the software.
